  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Until 1115 PM EDT.

* At 1033 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Valhalla, or 14 miles southwest of
  Hertford, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southwestern Perquimans, east central Bertie and southern Chowan
  Counties, including the following locations... Saint Johns,
  Macedonia, Hancock, Drummond Point, and Somerset.
